Jourden
Jourden is a 26-year-old American singer-songwriter whose music reflects her Caribbean roots, blending soul, hip-hop, and tropical rhythms. Known for her mantra “Stay Different”, she creates introspective, heartfelt songs like Tides, which won a Grammy U award in 2016. A self-taught musician, Jourden started with piano at age 7, later exploring singing and rap, and refined her craft at Loyola University in New Orleans. Her lyrics often pay homage to her late father, a major influence on her life and artistry. Signed to RCA Records, her debut EP It Only Took The End of the World showcases a fresh, vibrant style that’s capturing attention worldwide.
