Yndi, born Yndi Ferreira Da Silva in Paris to Brazilian parents, is a Franco-Brazilian singer, songwriter, and producer formerly known as Dream Koala. She gained recognition with her early EPs Odyssey and Earth.Home.Destroyed, and in 2021 re-emerged as Yndi with the album Noir Brésil, blending French and Portuguese lyrics with Afro-Brazilian rhythms and electronic sounds. Her music fuses melancholic electropop, neo-soul R&B, and Brazilian percussion, creating dream-like, introspective atmospheres. Themes of heritage, transformation, and saudade run throughout her work. Yndi has been acclaimed for her unique, cinematic soundscapes and continues to be a rising figure in avant-pop and electronic music.
