TRILLS
TRILLS are four school friends from London whose a cappella harmonies are both spellbinding and meticulously honed. From being heckled at an 80th birthday party to being discovered by a film music supervisor, they soon recorded a bespoke track for the UK trailer of Suffragette, earning over a million YouTube views and winning Best Composition in a Trailer at the 2016 Music and Sound Awards, so moving that Meryl Streep herself admitted it made her cry. Evolving from a bedroom acoustic act, TRILLS collaborated with Swedish producer Johan Hugo (M.I.A., Vampire Weekend) on their upcoming debut EP, Lacuna, featuring emotionally charged songwriting and instantly memorable melodies. Its lead single, Mud and Gold, was featured in Disney’s Pete’s Dragon trailer.
